I use this during the cutting phase and the difference is really in feeling less hungry. Because of that, I stick to my schedule better. Results are starting to show too; I use it in combination with Retta because with Retta the food noise is sometimes still present.
It actually does what it's supposed to do. Feeled a bit nauseous the first few days, but that went away. After that, just had less appetite during the day.
