You can pay us using:

Payment is made via a secure payment platform, where you can pay directly, just as you are used to in large web shops.
In some cases you can also choose to pay via a payment link, you will then receive an email with the payment instructions.
If you choose the option payment link please note that we will charge this payment need to confirm manually This only happens on working days.
Yes, the payment is made via a secure payment platform, your card & bank details will never leave this environment, we can also never see your full credit/debit card or your bank details (only the last 4 digits or the name of the bank)

Delivery/Shipping
We use multiple delivery services, depending on availability, safety and reliability. You will always receive a track & trace code as soon as your order is shipped.
Orders placed before 12:00 on Monday to Friday are usually shipped the same day, in exceptional cases shipping will take place the next working day.
If a product is unexpectedly out of stock, or we have questions about the information you have provided, we will try to contact you via WhatsApp or email.
Yes, this is possible, if you indicate this with your order as a comment, we can choose the nearest DHL service point, you can also indicate which service point you want to send the shipment to. We always advise you to contact us via WhatsApp to make sure that your order is sent to the service point in the correct way.
Average delivery times:
- The Netherlands: 1-3 working days
- Belgium: 2-5 working days
- Other countries: 2-7 working days
The delivery time only begins once the delivery service has received the package. We deliver our packages to the delivery service (DHL, Bpost, or DPD), and the delivery service will then process them.
If you see that the track & trace code has not been updated for several days, please contact us. In exceptional cases, your package may be stuck somewhere in the shipping process.
If this is the case, we will make a free subsequent shipment, but this will only be done after investigation on our part, we always reserve the right to refuse a free subsequent shipment.
Please note that if you place an order during the weekend, or after 12:00 on Friday, your order will not be processed until Monday You may already receive a track & trace code, but it may not be updated over the weekend. In most cases, the track & trace status will update automatically Monday evening/Tuesday morning.
If the track & trace indicates that your order has been delivered, but you have not received anything, we recommend that you contact the delivery service yourself.
Due to the nature of our products and the anonymity we maintain, we cannot provide information to the delivery service or initiate an investigation. If the track & trace code indicates that the order has been delivered, we will no free subsequent shipping.
From the moment we hand over the package to the delivery service, we have no further influence on the shipping process.
Always check whether your package may have been delivered to your neighbours, whether it is in a safe place or whether it may already be in your letterbox.
