Delivery and Shipping

  • Delivery area: We deliver both within the Netherlands and internationally.

  • Shipping: These are clearly stated during checkout. Orders above €150,- are shipped free of charge.

  • Customs charges: Any additional charges for international shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Lead-timeWithin the Netherlands, delivery time is on average 1-3 working days; internationally approximately 5-10 working days (this varies from country to country).

  • Address responsibility: The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. In case of errors, an additional shipment will not be provided free of charge.

  • Packages not received: If a package has not arrived after 14 days, we will send a new shipment, unless the track & trace indicates that the package has been delivered.

  • Initiate research: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot initiate an investigation with the delivery service if, for example, a package was delivered but you didn't receive anything, or in other situations related to your shipment. We must share personal information and the nature of the products with the delivery service, which is obviously not possible for privacy and security reasons.
  • Shipping to collection point: We can ship your order directly to a DHL collection point/parcel locker in the Netherlands, or to a Bpost collection point/parcel locker in Belgium. Please indicate in the order notes which collection point you'd like us to ship to. To ensure we handle this correctly, please also let us know via WhatsApp. Please note that we provide this service as a courtesy, so during busy periods, our shipper may not notice and the package will simply be delivered to your home address. So please always contact us first via WhatsApp so we can take this into account.

Returns and Cancellation Policy
